Refund Policy for GoHighLevel Kits
1. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- GoHighLevel Snapshots
- Landing Pages and Funnels
- Courses and Training Materials
- Templates and Automation Kits
We cannot issue refunds for digital products once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.
2. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if one of the following applies:
- Product Not Delivered: If you did not receive your product due to technical issues on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will ensure the issue is resolved.
- Defective or Non-Functional Product: If the product you purchased does not function as described or is missing essential components, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please notify us with proof of purchase, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
